Abstract:
Research entitle the concrete implementation of Resolution of National Health Assembly on control of media and marketing communication of tobacco product and alcoholic beverage aimed to drive concretely the sixth resolution of National Health Assembly of the year 2013 on 17-18 June 2014 on control of media and marketing communication of tobacco product and alcoholic beverage and to develop capacity of network by using the participatory action research in driving the resolution of National Health Assembly. The participant in this research consisted of three groups, for instance, group of academician which consisted of research team from the program of Communication Arts , faculty of Management, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, supporting team which consisted of representative from the office of Stop Drink network and Alcohol Watch and operating team which consisted of participant of Stop Drink Network which was purposively selected from the provincial community whose role in operating in both alcohol beverage and tobacco and operating in the area as the role of joint committee to drive the resolution of National Health Assembly on control of media and marketing communication of tobacco product and alcoholic beverage as the committee to develop the body of knowledge; the result of which was shown as follows: 1) The research process resulted in the practical guideline for control of advertisement and sale promotion in dimension of law and ethics: a case of tobacco and alcohol with the join corporation of a research team, a supporting team, and operating team and development of guideline for data collection on watching to make the mechanism to drive the resolution of National Health Assembly in the South, the Northeast, the North and the West and Bangkok. 2. Driving of process of implementation of resolution of National Health Assembly on control of media and marketing communication of tobacco product and alcohol beverage was made through the tool entitled" tobacco & alcohol diary" by systematic recording on marketing communication of tobacco product and alcohol product. 3) Driving of the concrete implementation of the sixth resolution of the National Health Assembly of the year 2013 on 17-18 June 2014 on the control of media and market communication of tobacco product and alcohol beverage through research process entitled the concrete implementation of resolution of National Health Assembly on the control of tobacco product and alcohol beverage resulted in the concrete driving and participant's development especially on the knowledge of marketing communication and impact on various aspects that were conducive to operation of partnership network as well as problem and drawback in driving of the resolution of National Health Assembly due to lack of driving in provincial level.
